I started as a virtual assistant in 2009. For four and a half years, I struggled — doing everything I was “supposed” to do and still not getting traction.

I had the website.
I showed up online.
I followed the advice.

And still… nothing felt consistent.

It felt like trying to put together a 5,000-piece puzzle without the picture on the box.

Then something shifted.

I stopped chasing tactics and started focusing on structure — not just for my clients, but for myself. I began building around clarity, offers, and systems that actually supported consistent growth.

And it worked.
Not overnight. Not magically.
But in a way that finally made sense.

That experience changed everything. I moved from VA work into coaching and eventually built Upscale Your Business to help other coaches and consultants skip the years of guessing I went through.

Because here’s what I’ve learned:

Most people don’t have a marketing problem.
They have a clarity problem.
An offer problem.
A structure problem.

And no amount of posting, networking, or “getting visible” fixes that.

Today, I’ve worked with hundreds of coaches across industries. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and what separates the people who build sustainable businesses from the ones who stay stuck.

The difference isn’t effort.
It’s alignment.
Clear positioning.
A real offer.
A message that resonates.
And a simple, repeatable way to bring in clients.

That’s what I help you build.

I’m not here to sell you a dream.
I’m here to help you build a business that works — one that brings in the right clients, consistently, so you can do the work you actually love… and be supported by it.

Because changing lives should sustain yours.
